Position:
Nicholas joined Peachey & Co LLP in 1995 and is a partner in the firm’s commercial team. Nicholas advises on all aspects of commercial contracts, delivering complex, business-critical projects for high-profile clients.
Nicholas’ experience spans a broad range of industry sectors, including shipping/marine, commodity/mineral trading, software and other technology, natural resources, and ESG business and initiatives.
Nicholas also advises on most aspects of intellectual property, brand and data protection. He has close relationships with his clients, combining a deep understanding of law and regulatory guidance with an appreciation of his client’s objectives, nature of work and organisational structures.
