Peachey & Co LLP are advising Durnont Enterprises Limited in Durnont Enterprises Ltd v Fazita Investments Ltd [2024] EWCA Civ 299, a derivative action in the Court of Appeal in connection with a €100 million multi-jurisdictional fraud claim, and obtained permission to continue the action pursuant to CPR Part 19.
