Rory Wilson
Position:
Rory joined Peachey & Co LLP in 2011 and is a partner in the firm’s corporate finance and M&A teams. Rory advises and acts for a wide variety of clients ranging from to start-ups and SMEs to multinational and listed companies.
Rory’s transactional experience has a particular focus on investments, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Rory also regularly advises clients on commercial contracts, joint venture structures and corporate governance.
Experience:
Advised on a Series B fundraising round for a multi-jurisdictional ecosystem management company.
Acted on behalf of a sale of the company in a deal valuing the business at £45 million.
Advised on a string of 30 acquisitions for a single private equity backed client on a buy and build strategy over 12 years.
Advised issuers on Series A, Bridge and Seed rounds, led by Airbus Ventures, Index Ventures, XTX Ventures, SOSV, Anthemis, At One Ventures, Chalfen, Lower Carbon Capital, Chrysalix Ventures, PI Labs and others.
Advised borrowers on Venture Debt facilities from lenders such as Boost, Norgine Ventures, Harbert.
