Jonathan Dobkin
Position:
Jonathan joined Peachey & Co LLP in June 2015 having trained with a boutique firm in London after working for a leading regional firm in Leeds where he gained significant experience in dealing with commercial property transactions. Jonathan provides advice to a variety of landlords, companies and private individuals on leases, sales and acquisitions on a broad range of transactions including, renewable energy projects, industrial units, restaurants, shops and offices.
Jonathan also works with the commercial and corporate team, providing specialist property support on the acquisition and sale of companies in the UK and gaining valuable insight into the wider transactional framework in respect of which property transactions often fit.
Experience:
Acted on behalf of a global financial services company with the acquisition and relocation of their head offices in the City of London.
Advised on a sale of an industrial site for commercial development for £14million.
Acted on behalf of a London restaurant chain including purchases of new properties, leases including the new leases of restaurants within large shopping centres, sales and refinancing of the portfolio.
Advised on a sale of a residential estate valued at £48.5 million.
Acted on behalf of solar power and renewable energy companies on the leasing and various options for lease of sites for photovoltaic solar farms and battery storage units, negotiating leases, easements and financing of the sites.
