As a small team of talented lawyers we are agile and adept at responding quickly to our clients’ needs; versatile in providing a broad range of legal services and experienced in tackling complex legal problems. Our lawyers advise on a wide variety of corporate matters including M&A, corporate finance, restructuring, dispute resolution, commercial contracts, property, employment and intellectual property.
Established in 1796, we have chosen to remain small and focussed on our core values and principles.
